We have the raw materials at our doorstep. From your own garden and from the sea!
In the kitchen, we always use seasonal ingredients to achieve the best results in terms of taste, texture, aroma and appearance. We create clean and simple flavours where the ingredients speak for themselves.

During the day we offer everything from freshly baked cinnamon buns, sandwiches and cakes with a focus on seasonal fruit and berries to lunches with produce from the garden, sea and meadows. We work with organic, locally produced and fair trade products. In the farm shop you will find freshly harvested vegetables and nice things for your garden!
