Welcome to Bastes café & wine bar in the middle of the nature reserve on Nordkoster

We are in the historic yellow “Milton” building, which was once an important meeting place on the island. We offer a relaxed environment where you can enjoy a selection of wines, with a particular focus on natural and biodynamic wines. We have a food menu consisting of delicious small dishes with a focus on pure ingredients that complement the wine experience. We serve breakfast every day with freshly baked goods, we have good coffee and ice cream in several varieties.

This year’s exhibition is watercolors by Malin Redvall inspired by Nordkoster, the sea and coastal culture. Here you can enjoy the view of the Koster Sea and the animals, weather, wind and sunset. Come and experience some of the charm of Nordkoster at Bastes café & wine bar. Welcome to us!
