For those who take the Koster ferry out for the day and don&#8217;t want to bring their own bike, bike rentals are available at the docks. Then let the tyres roll along the gravel roads and take the day as it comes. If you want to pack a lunch or buy food in the supermarket in the middle of the island, if you just want to enjoy yourself and cycle around with a light pack, there are nice restaurants along the way.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>On the <em>South Coast<\/em> there is a small network of roads suitable for <em>cycling<\/em>.<br \/>\nDownload <a href=\"https:\/\/kosteroarna.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/cykel_sv-Koster.pdf\">cycling map of South Koster<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are plenty of different stops to make, see also link <a href=\"http:\/\/kosteroarna.com\/kategori\/se-och-gora\/sevardheter\/\">attractions <\/a>for tips on stops.<br \/>\n&#8211; The view from <a href=\"http:\/\/kosteroarna.com\/valfjall\/\">Valfj\u00e4ll<\/a>, with the church right next to it.<br \/>\n&#8211; The small ports around the island, caf\u00e9s, restaurants.<br \/>\n&#8211; There are plenty of <a href=\"http:\/\/kosteroarna.com\/koster-info\/bad\/\">beaches<\/a> on South Koster,<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/kosteroarna.com\/upplevelsetradgard-och-gardsbutik\/\">Kosters Tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdar<\/a> with its organic farming and farm shop. located just south of the church, L\u00e5ngeg\u00e4rde.<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/kosteroarna.com\/naturum-kosterhavet\/\">Naturum Kosterhavet<\/a>, Eken\u00e4s.<br \/>\n&#8211; Just south of Brevik you can get an idea of what Koster looked like in the old days.<br \/>\n&#8211; Don&#8217;t miss the <a href=\"http:\/\/kosteroarna.com\/snorkelled-upptack-livet-under-ytan\/\">snorkel trail<\/a> at R\u00f6rvik! A signposted path via Solkoster leads there from Eken\u00e4s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good to know!<\/strong> You can visit Koster throughout the year, and cycle from early spring to late autumn.<br \/>\nBicycles can be rented at Eken\u00e4s and L\u00e5ngeg\u00e4rde during the pre- and post-season.
