B&B Ekenäs Koster

The Kosterfjord spreads out in a beautiful panorama in front of Hotel Koster, at Ekenäs jetty. The “Pearl of the West Coast” is located on South Koster, in the middle of the Kosterhavet National Park, Sweden’s only marine national park. During the summer, we also fill our seafront terrace with music and entertainment.

The dining room is the heart of the hotel. From inside, you can look out over the oak trees in the park, which stretches down to the harbour and the oyster hatchery. We organise everything from weddings to food and drink tastings. On chilly summer evenings we light the big fireplace.
In summer we have our outdoor terrace open, from which you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea and the nearby marina.
Here we offer wonderful summer music, everything from troubadour, opera to sing-alongs!

We organise conferences, weddings and events for companies and individuals.

Facts

The main building was completed in 1905, then for herring buyers, a few years later the herring disappeared and the business expanded to include hotels. Today the guesthouse is a renovated facility for conferences, weddings and private guests. The facade of the main building is filled with carpenter’s delight, the old hotel part with atmosphere, and the new rooms with modernity and maritime theme.
